Interesting little story out of the Arizona Republic today. After his dominant performance at the plate last season (as a SP), Micah Owings might see some time at 1B this season.

In 60 AB’s last year, Owings hit .333 with 7 doubles, 1 triple and 4 homers.

Also, in this story, it is reported that the D’Backs have offered Livan Hernandez arbitration, which he likely will decline so he can sign with the Mets (I joke….kinda).
