Lo Duca Apologizes for Being in Mitchell Report
Paul Lo Duca has finally addressed his inclusion in the Mitchell Report, as per mlb.com. Lo Duca offered the following apology:
“I apologize to my family, all my fans and to the entire baseball community for [the] mistakes in judgment I made in the past and for the distractions that resulted. I am fully committed to being the best player and person I can be, on and off the field, for the Washington Nationals and the entire baseball community”.
This sounds like he is admitting his usage, without coming out and just saying it. Very much like Jason Giambi’s approach a few years back. Lo Duca, recovering from knee surgery, is expected to miss the beginning of spring training while re-habbing his knee. He had signed a one year deal with the Nationals this off-season worth $5 million.

No need to apologize, Paul. The mets didn’t win sh!t even when you cheated.
Pat Burrell is a juicer.
As is Ryan Howard. Geez, the Sillies and the Shankees are all over this steroid thing.
